The winners were announced today by Deloitte Canada. We have maintained our investments in research and development to continue offering innovative, environmentally friendly products to our customers. The well-being of our employees has also remained one of our core priorities.” Launch of the Duvaltex Academy Established in March 2022, the Duvaltex Academy provides career development courses focused on project management, innovation, operations and technology. A first cohort of 12 people has already begun the program. “With the labour shortage continuing to grow more pronounced, the Academy allows us to offer high-quality, practical training tailored to the specific needs of our company, in order to develop our people's skills and facilitate the integration of new hires. This initiative is part of a plan designed to increase our employees' motivation and engagement and reinforce our brand as an employer of choice,” explained Mr. Duval. The initiative also promotes the standardization of processes, tools and working methods, along with the sharing of best practices.
